You can choose between three types of payment plans …
“Standard” Plan per Activated License
A monthly fee will be billed based on the total number of course licenses that were activated in scormNext during the last month.
“Active Plan” per Active User
A monthly fee will be billed based on the total number of active users in scormNEXT during the last month.
“Corporate” Plan – Annual Flat Rate
A fixed-rate will be billed annually, based on the maximum number of available users. Fixed rate, without limitation on the number of activated licenses or active users.
"Standard" Plan > Per activated license
A fee will be billed monthly based on the total number of licenses activated during the previous month.
* A license of a course is “activated” when a student opens a SCORM connector for the first time. Each SCORM
connector can include up to 10 SCO elements taken multiple original SCORM packages, or unlimited SCO
elements taken form a single original SCORM package. From that moment, the student will have the time
specified in the duration of the license to complete the content.
** Licenses may have a maximum duration of 365 days (1 year). The duration of a license is the time during
which a student can access the contents of the connector, counting from the first access to any of the contents.
Activated licenses are billed only once, in the month after they are activated.

"Active" Plan > Per active user
Each month, a fee will be billed based on the total number of active users during the previous month, according to the established pricing table.
* An “active user” is a unique user (employee, student, etc.) who, during the current month, has one or more active licenses, i.e. that student is enrolled in one or more connectors with an active license.
This rate is ideal if you are having students enrolled/registered in multiple SCORM connectors at the same time, and you prefer to pay per user rather than for each license they activate on each connector.

"Corporate" Plan > Annual flat rate
An annual fee will be billed in advance based on the maximum number of users available throughout the billing year. Users can be subscribed/activate licenses on unlimited products. In the event the limit of contracted users is exceeded, the additional users will be billed according to the rates indicated in the table.
